Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once items have been opened.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping costs and any customs duties are non-refundable.
